  • Unlike high-acid citrus or strong-flavored berry concentrates, clarified pear concentrate provides a clean, smooth sweetness with virtually no flavor crossover or color interference. It is widely used as a clean-label alternative to high-fructose corn syrup, allowing brands to sweeten fruit snacks, gummies, and multi-fruit juices while maintaining a premium "100% fruit juice" label.

The primary differences between pear NFC juice and pear juice concentrate center on flavor integrity and processing depth:
